Constant nausea [been sober for 6 weeks]
Post Body

I smoked weed for 3 years, did ketamine, acid and molly sometimes. 6 weeks ago I stopped and havenโ€™t touched anything, but everyday I get severe nausea, severe anxiety and panic attacks. Did the drugs maybe cause an imbalance in my brain to make me nauseous and anxious, which takes really long to go away? (Also I live in Germany where weed is illegal and was maybe laced with some shit)

Or is it not even caused by drugs and I have a problem with my heart or my brain?
