Ever since I experienced an earthquake last year I’ve been feeling like my house is swinging. In the beginning it was so bad that I nearly had an earthquake related nightmare every other day. It gotten less these couple of months but I still feel like that my house is swinging.
I searched around a bit, and I think it could be ptsd. So I searched what meds help ptsd and it showed ssri’s. People in this subs kinda have hate towards ssri I think. So my question is if I went to the doc and they suggested ssri’s, should I take them? Because I don’t want to turn into a zombie.
