Hey, i am 18 and want to start but have no clue where?!

So I am from Germany and as I said 18, i have this in my mind quite long but never done it. I also find it hard to found good product providers because in Germany are many regulations and customs, would be nice to find people that now the struggle to find products, build the store, make ads and everything. Hope to find nice people and that we can built a small community with big goals and push us up together
