You will see people immediately flip-flop-and-flab because no one can give a proper definition since Kendrick himself didn't define it.

-Does it mean he didn't grow up in the hood or ghetto? So all black people part of the culture are supposed to be raised in ghettos?

-Does it mean he didn't grow up in America? Then that means Canada doesn't have any culture....

-Does it mean his mums white? So that disqualifies, J Cole, Alicia Keys, Latto....

-Does it's mean he grew up in a Jewish neighborhood? Travis Scott, Lupe, Cudi,Kanye, Yachty never grew up in ghettos so are they disqualified....

-He didn't have a hard upbringing? The kid who's acting money was used to pay his mother's rent......
