Are presale prices always going to be the lowest?

Like are these the set prices for everyone after pre sale ends? Or could they drop a little when General sale starts? Sorry, new to this and got burned with Kendrick’s last tour…did pre sale and our seats were a little cheaper when I checked a week before the show
