So i’m aware a little mountain boy calls him a Drizzit in the earlier books but I’ve been reading these books for almost thirty years. I picked up the icewind dale trilogy at like 5 or 6 and if I remember correctly Drizzt wasn’t even a main character until after that trilogy. Am I crazy?
Edit: I want to clarify, as I said above I am aware of the boy in book 3 of the homeland trilogy calling him Drizzit. The argument my group is having is between the older group who read the icewind dale trilogy prior to the creation of homeland and our younger members. 2 of us remember him being called Drizzit and having it say that in one of our books PRIOR TO HOMELAND. The younger members say it’s a misprint and that it’s always been Drizzt. If someone has an original 90s copy of icewind dale it’d be awesome if you could settle this lol
Edit 2: it was always Drizzt. Mendela effect fucked me up
