I recently had a very unusual dream.

My friend and I go to a restaurant rumoured to serve psychedelic soup. It is a busy Asian restaurant and we take a seat. The soup arrives and my friend tries it first. He immediately vomits into a glass mug.

I turn to the soup. It is quite thin and watery with noodles. It has some pieces of litmus paper in it. I reach down to take a spoonful but there is a flash and the ambient light level changes. My soup is all gone and I drop the spoon, the bowl rocks slightly and the pieces of paper rustle. I look up. My friend is gone and the restaurant is empty, except for a stranger sitting next to me. I immediately attack him without hesitation.
