I've had the same kind of dreams for over a decade almost and would like to discuss theories why.

To the point: vividly violent dreams I've had since I was 14-15 years of age. I remember the dream that began it all. I was returning home with my family when we passed our neighbors house with their door open. As we passed we saw them dragging a body and they saw us. We panicked as anyone would and they saw that too, the neighbors. So as we pulled in we saw them panicked and angry. My brother and mother were calling the police as one of the gentlemen dragging the body ran to our door with a knife. I asked him not to do this. And please leave. He did not. I disarmed him and killed him along with the other men. Then the women they were dragging had Stockholm syndrome and came at with a knife. I begged her to not do this and she was a victim she did not listen. Unfortunately killing her too. I'm leaving out the details due to a few reasons but these kinds of dreams continue to this day. I'm either successful killing the threats or I die defending myself and or others. Incredible violent as I feel blades going in and out of flesh, hitting cartilage, warmth of blood. But why? Why am I always in fear, why am I good at hurting others? Why is it still happening lol
