Strangest dream ever

Less than 5 full minutes before the completion of this message I had an incredibly strange dream. I was stuck in a dream loop alike the situation in Groundhog Day I would wake up and go about it day until something happened to me. I was 100% aware I was in a dream and could semi willingly take it back to the beginning. I already don’t remember much but on one death I told my mother and father everything they don’t know about me but they where pretty chill about it. In another death I saw hella creepy satanic shit not rly sure because it’s hard to remember but definitely remember feeling paralyzing fear and calling out to god and some spooky demon shapes… in another death I saw my recently passed dog he was just saying hi to me and I spent some time with him which made me cry in the dream. I also died to a nuclear bomb in another death. Everytime the setting was the same some sort of strange cabin or house with a family living there. I remember a daughter who kept annoying me and the mother and father were sort of generic, my mother and father where both there too almost consistently except for when I met my dog in that one there was only me and a bunch of dogs. I felt 100% trapped in the loop and I broke it a few times only to go back to sleep again luckily I broke the loop more permanently this time I think because I’ve been awake long enough to write this down. Interestingly I was aware I was being toyed with because I could kind of “feel” when I had broken the loop… and I tried to establish things that ground me to reality because everything felt so real. I had one where I would thrust my arm up high in the air in a fist and if no one in the room reacted it meant that I was in a dream loop etc… none of them worked… each time the individuals in my dreams where able to accurately detect and mimic my movement or my movement would “wake” and take me back to reality but it wasn’t really reality just back to the beginning of the dream. I felt trapped and frantic in my dream I was genuinely panicking and trying to think of a solution but I was terrified. Now I’m Sure it’s only a dream and can’t have much weight but part of me suspects it can’t mean anything good.

I’ve never had such an experience before it reminds me of when I was a kid I had hallucinations in my sleep from screwed up medicine but that was different it was obviously not real so it was less stressful. These dreams where very real feeling. I also am not particularly a believer of supernatural stuff no spooks no ghosts etc but im a slightly religious person.

Any thoughts on this?
