Recurring Nightmares About Trouble Walking

Post Body

Hey guys, this has been happening for a while and I thought maybe someone here could help me out with interpreting this since nothing online is really hitting the mail on the head.

For a few months I’ve been having a lot of recurring nightmares. A lot of the time the nightmares are different but the substance stays the same; I’m being chased or I’m trying to get somewhere/to safety and I can’t walk. It’s not like my legs are heavy though, or that they’re injured or anything, it’s more like I’m incapacitated somehow, it’s almost like I’m drugged; my vision blurs and every time I try to walk I’m falling all over the place, falling into things and falling on the ground (a lot of the time for some reason it’s into the snow) and I try to grab onto things to keep from falling. Sometimes instead I will be flying but it’s the same issue, I’ll be trying to fly away from whatever I’m trying to get away from but instead of getting higher into the air I’m struggling and getting lower to the ground and closer to what I’m trying to get away from.

If anyone has any insight that would be awesome! I have a lot of trouble sleeping and I feel like even when I sleep my mind isn’t at rest.
