Okay title isn’t totally accurate. My whole life I’ve had extremely vivid dreams very frequently, and almost every night during quarantine. However, recently they’ve gotten really stressful in ways that are both obvious (ex. Dreams about relationship anxiety with my new romantic relationship) and not (ex. My whole family dying in a freak accident that made me so distressed I had to go sleep with my mom - I’m 19).
I don’t know if anyone can help me with this or not, but are there any ways to stop this? I know it’s a long shot but they just keep getting worse and worse.
