I just remembered what happened to me last night in a dream. I don’t remember anything besides this one part. So I was sleeping on my side facing my door when in the dream I saw someone standing over my bed watching me as I was sleeping. Im not sure how I saw this figure because I was facing away from it... so I’m guessing I came out of my body in this dream somehow. Apparently this realization caused me to wake up out of my dream at 5:28 am, as I was only asleep for 3 hours. I looked at my phone for 1 minute then went back to sleep. The person standing over me didn’t seem bad, but it was quite shocking regardless. It was dark so I couldn’t make out who/what it was. Can someone explain this phenomenon?
