I had a dream on what happens after death. There was a old tv show style intro with a song. What comes to mind when I think about the melody and lyrics it had the same style as the Rock Ridge theme from blazing saddles. The town was beautiful and always sunny and was located on a ridge line by a ocean altho I do not know which ocean. And the stores had many themes some look liked they came out of a western or outta the 50s like a old soda fountain kinda vibe. In these stores,shops, bars (the only places I interacted with) the people where friendly and carefree there was people dressed in old cloths some modern some older. I remember two memorable things the first thing was a conversation between me and the candy/ice cream store owner. I asked him “do you remember how you died?” and he told me he didn’t ,he just kinda showed up with the intro of the town and was with his shop. but said he enjoyed that and I agreed it was calming not knowing what happened like if you suddenly died you forgot how it happened, I really like that it takes away the anxiety of death. The second thing I remember was a shop that would let you watch your loved ones and know how long they have left till they die and altho that seems dark I thought it was sweet and almost brought me to tears thinking about how great it was in the town and how the living had to worry about so much and that they couldn’t just relax. I’m writing this in bed and I want to figure out the melody and lyrics of the town. But I woke up just satisfied and calm [edit: thanks for the kind words]
