I'm in my apartment building's elevator going up. I live on the top floor, so I'm just standing and staring at the display that says what floor I'm on. The elevator doesn't stop, though. It just keeps going up, as does the display--much faster than usual. By the time it stops, I have no clue what floor I'm on. The doors open into a weird yellowish-green hallway (think of a beigy saturation). It has sharp corners, and it loops around where the elevator would be. There are a few people there, wandering the halls, but I don't talk to them. I just look for the elevator door so that I can go back down, but I can't find it. You'd think it be in the same place it was when I came out, but it wasn't. That, or my hazed mind just skips it, I can never tell. I've only had this dream twice, but each time I feel anxious about not being able to go back where I came from. I'm not really looking for anyone to interpret it; this is more of a vent post than anything.
