Dreamt of burning from inside at 3:00 am

I slept at around 11:40pm and woke up at about 2:50Am.

I dreamt of being in a crowded place and as if I m trying to get away from something.

However, somebody on crowd told me that whoever has inhaled this - pointing to some strange air visible to few only - will burn. Soon after there few folks who started running just like me and there was a spark in caused somehow in the crowd and it lit up that strange air and I started to burn from inside.

After that I woke up with my heart beating heavy in my chest. Unable to sleep again.
