I keep having dreams about being raped/groomed and its really scaring me.

I have never been raped nor groomed in real life, so I have no idea where its coming from. It terrifies me, and even makes me feel like a horrible person for feeling bad even though it never really happened to me. Plus, the premises seem a little silly once I wake up, because its never really any people that I know irl in the dream, mostly fictional characters and that makes me feel even more bad because its not even realistic so it feels like i dont get to be torn up about it. I just want these dreams to stop :(
