Night terror?

So my entire life I've just had strange and intense dreams but the last couple days I've been profusely drooling and within 10 min - 2hr I jolt awake because something scares me though I couldn't remember. But in this dream I was in a room, not my own, sitting upright in the bed as these 2 demon ladies were abt to eat me or something, I literally woke up yelling like AHH. I just felt so uncomfortable when I woke up.
