Had a dream my GF was with another guy in front of me

I don’t remember the exact specifics, but basically we were in a fight, and then she was with some guy who she basically left with and that was the end of the dream.

This dream was like 3 weeks ago and messed me up. I never had jealousy issues with her before (if I did they were minimal), but the weeks after when we went out, I was getting extremely jealousy/insecurity when she would talk to other people. I was bottling it up as well

We finally talked about it and I was able to release some of it to her which helped.

Maybe the dream brought my jealousy/insecurity issues out so I can face them?
