Hi all. I was put in a medically induced coma for 2 weeks after a surgery went bad 5 1/2 years ago. I ended up in the ICU for 3 weeks and rehab for another month. During said coma I had some really weird dreams that still come back to me that I am trying to find the meaning of.
The first and most common one is being in someone's house with people around me. I am lying in a recessed section of the floor with a jelly substance around me that makes it impossible for me to move. I see hospital workers and a few family members but they kind of ignore me. I'm just chilling in my floor spot that I can't escape from but I'm not struggling to get out. There are other people in other cutouts of the floor as well just like me. The dream moves then to a medical type person staring at a monitor that won't stop beeping. They call 911 and I get taken by ambulance to an abandoned hospital. It's like we jumped back in time to the 1970's. I am wheeled into a treatment room and the doctor starts looking me over while a big monster is in the corner taking notes and assisting. They then state that they aren't sure that I qualify for this facility and then it goes black.
The other one is a lot weirder. I am in a warehouse totally naked, still unable to move but fully upright. Something is penetrating me while people are talking about how they don't have enough limoncello to bring to the market.
These repeat over and over with slight variations. I'm not sure what they mean. I haven't brought this up in therapy yet but will be soon, but in the meantime can anyone help me figure this out?
