Curious as to if normal?

So I have had the same figure appearing in several dreams/nightmares over the last week and a half. Different situations every time but the same thing appears in them.
How often do people have this happen and does it mean anything. I mean to have something close to 7 feet tall wearing jeans and a sweater and a stocking cap that covers the head down over the shoulders can't be common. I always feel fear and panic when it shows up.
