The Curse quest bug? Please Help!

I have freed Ursula but Haven't bought her home yet. I have just unlocked Gothel and she asked me to go find Merlin he is at the spot where Ursulas house is waiting to be unlocked. The next part says "Listen to Merlin and Ursula" but they are just sitting there doing nothing. I can't do anything else as everything is locked due to curse. Any help would be appreciated. I hope I haven't managed to soft lock it completely.
