I was just reading the datamined character list again, and noticed that Manta is under the Little Mermaid section.

For those unfamiliar, Manta was a villain on the Little Mermaid animated series. He never appears in the film.

So are we getting tv series characters? Or is this a mistake, or maybe simply the Manta Ray from “Under The Sea”? The latter seems unlikely IMO.

If we are getting Manta, this is huge. It means that the devs are looking beyond the films to characters that rarely see the light of day anymore. That means that other tv shows like Aladdin, Hercules, Lilo & Stitch, 101 Dalmatians, Timon and Pumbaa, Legend of Tarzan, Buzz Lightyear of Star Command, Emperor’s New School and Tangled have a chance of being featured in updates. It means we could see Icarus and Cass, Gabriella and Urchin, Mozenrath and Sadira, Hazel and Greenly and Elenor, Melina, and so many more!

This would be absolutely amazing if it happens. Super excited to find out!
