How to use the new group photo item "Coco's Stage Showstopper"

To use the new group photo item place it in your valley and then stand inside of it in the highlighted area (second photo). Then take a picture and a random group of villagers will gather to pose with you. The fireworks will go off automatically. I'm not sure how useful this is, but it is fun to play with.
