Glitchy monkey in the ruins?

He’s down by wall-e and eves picnic thing. He runs to the water, I follow, he disappears. He reappears in the corner by the picnic setup. I run over and he runs back to the water. Occasionally he will run through the tunnel and up the stairs but then when I get to the top of the stairs he’s nowhere to be found. I go back down by the picnic setup and there he is. I’ve chased this monkey around 5 or 6 different times today trying to feed him. W. T. F.
