Am I the only one with incomplete memories??

I haven't been working with Mike and Sully for very long so I'm pretty sure I'll find the last sticky note soon. However, I am still missing three old ruler diary entries. I've played this game for months and I've been literally everywhere. I have no idea where else to look if I even can obtain the last entries. If anyone has any suggestions of information, I would really appreciate it.
