Is it worth starting again?

I don’t really care much for anything I have now but over time as I’ve played I’ve found better ways to do things that I wished a did from the start, and learned what to do and what not to do, like not sell everything I mined or foraged or fished for just to buy something from scrooges shop.
And I’ve definitely missed out on a lot of the festive thing’s because I was too late or just didn’t have enough time or materials.
