personally as for aged the best I'd say John Dory as he was already likely a late teen/young adult at the time of the break up meaning after the time Jump he'd be in his early to mid 40s and he still looks pretty young for his age and seems fairly physically fit despite a cronky back lol.
as for who aged the worst gonna be Harsh here and say my main Boy Branch 😅😅😅😅 dude went from baby to a young adult but ended up looking a bit like a homeless person wearing scraggy patchy clothes.
and has downer ears Greyish skin and stress lines on his face somewhat making him look middle aged at times despite only being in his early to mid 20s so yeah Harsh as it sounds I think Branch is my pick.
