the fact that they not only casually told Branch they were gonna leave again but also made out like he was being immature for being upset by this was Bloody awful of them since at the start Branch tried to keep a healthy distance from them so he wouldn't get hurt.

but JD and Bruce were the ones who literally dragged him on stage to dance with them and later acted all chummy with him and each other during the montage in "" it takes two "" so their the ones who got his Hopes up that they would be a family again so to later turn around and say the opposite and also mock him for feeling hurt by this was cruel.

honestly its straight up abusive behaviour given how they gaslighted him by downplaying his perfectly justified feelings and making out like he was childish for feeling them JD and Bruce were no better than Velvet in how they Treated their younger Bro so the fact that they had to be rescued by Branch and they never even so much as said sorry really buggs me to be honest Clay and Floyd have their faults in the family Drama.

but they both Treated Branch pretty good despite leaving him as well not to mention Clay's actually the only Bro who said he was sorry for not getting to see Branch Grow up at the end.

but really JD and Bruce's behaviour was just detestable and they honestly did not deserve forgiveness given they literally did nothing to earn it.
