Dream of childbirth

New Herr, so context.
Myself and Wife not in a particular good spot at the moment.
None the less I dreamt that she was pregnant and went into labour. I was happy about it and the child was born easily.
Thing is she cannot fall pregnant as she has had a hysterectomy.
