help me understand this dream/nightmare experience

I don’t know what kind of experience is this but I think I had a nightmare that feels so real. In the dream I feel like I’m in my room laying on my bed. But, I can’t move and I want to open my mouth but I can’t open it my lips feel like literally sealed. And, I also hear voices from random people in my head. then I woke up and my heart is racing, what could possibly this dream or whatever experience means?

these kinds of nightmares happened to me thrice this year. and it is the most scariest thing I’ve ever experienced even though they are only lasted almost 1 minute.
