I'm a guy and last night had a pretty surreal dream where I was pregnant.

In the dream, there was speculation that I was somehow pregnant. I don't remember the specifics but I was with a small group of people, possibly friends, who either thought or knew that I was pregnant. I remember feeling a little weird but not entirely sure if I actually was pregnant.

A bit of time passed and for whatever reason I bent down, and suddenly felt a sharp pain in my lower abdomen. There was this pretty large bulge below my belly button. I didn't have a pregnant belly in the dream, I'm pretty thin and was the same size. I slowly straightened up and it was as though there was a hand or arm or foot pushing out my lower belly, and it was moving! It retracted into me again and I could see and feel it slither around inside me.

My stomach went back to normal but after that I had a very slight bump and felt weird for the remainder of the dream, but I don't remember if it continued for a bit longer or if I woke up not long after. Those were the only pregnancy related parts I can remember. The thing is I don't know if it was necessarily a baby because it felt very alien like due to how much pain it caused, though it was a pleasantly nice feeling once it calmed down again.

I don't think I've ever had a dream where I've experienced something like this but I've already had an odd fascination with pregnancy and would like to experience it for myself, despite being biologically male.
