So I don't remember when I had this dream but it is the oldest and most vivid dream I ever had.

The dream goes I'm in the attic of the first house I lived in, despite me never being ever in the attic before, but when I described it to my mom she could confirm that's what it was like, also the attic was pretty much barren except for these tall boxes scattered around (like the tall boxes used during moving). It's day time. I'm older I don't know but how much all I know I was older as I was just a little kid when I dreamt this. I'm hiding behind this box because there is this tall humanoid demon searching for something. The demon is black like a solid shadow despite being in the light, it has a very male aura to it, he was around 7ft tall, no face, unnaturally long arms. Also despite being 7ft tall, it was as if the room was warping itself to the demon instead of the demon adjusting himself to the room like instead of being hunched over, he was standing up straight. I take a quick glance at the demon and I see that it sees me. Instead of running I just cower. As soon as it grabs my shoulder that is where the dream ends.

I know it's not much, but this is the most detailed dream I have ever had and I can recall it perfectly unlike other dreams that I can remember. I was wondering if someone can tell me what this dream means.
