I had a dream that my girlfriend and I were across from eachother, standing between a stone kitchen counter. The colors looked oversaturated, everything was brighter. She turned around, but I could still see her (I was in third person) and poured multi-colored plastic straws from a packet into a body of water which surrounded us. There was a ceiling, I knew about it and could feel it, but couldn't see it. I asked her why she felt the need to prove that these straws would kill the turtles, and she gave a fairly convincing answer, but I was completely unable to understand it. Then, the roles are reversed, and I'm pouring the straws into the water. I give my explanation, but again, I'm unable to understand it. It repeats again and again, constantly cycling, every part of the sequence being an individual event, but it's all happening at once. I had a huge sense of Deja Vu in the dream, and it felt more like a memory than a dream. Any ideas?
