There was a black tube, snake-like figure that was following me around. It didn't have eyes or any animal-like features. It was just moving and bending like a snake would but was just a black tube. Eventually it was on the ceiling and it came down and started strangling me. I was able to capture this on video. I think I passed out or was able to get free of the stranglehold.

When I went back to review the footage it was not the black tube that was strangling me on video but it was me that was strangling me! Imagine you had a doppelganger or an identical twin strangling you. It was that sort of scene.

At that moment I also had a flash of bad childhood memories flood my brain. I can't determine if these were childhood memories that actually happened or not but they were not good memories in my dream from what I remember.
