My friend suggested that I start a dream journal but I had a redditor refer me here so that way I could have external input. I figured even if I didn’t get any input this is still going somewhere and some kind of record.

This dream had implied violence happened so I’ll put the NSFW tag anyways.

I had this dream a bit ago but still stood out to me.

It has a couple of settings. The main area is a large industrial factory but it was a very cartoonish kind of factory. But I will get there.

It starts out as giving me the perspective of a single guy who drives a semi truck and lives in apartment that’s very wooden and run down. In this dream even though I never saw it I had knowledge that this guy had lost young family relatives that he knew well but didn’t make the funeral. How they died was unknown but it was three children. They come to haunt him sort of. Seemingly out of nowhere and they would mess with his semi truck. Honk the horn, blink headlights, shake the exterior etc. based on their appearances they seemed the ages of at least 9-12 age range. Taking upon ghostly blue forms.

For some reason or another, they take control of his semi truck while he is in it and drive and ram into this factory.

This factory is colorful yet dimly lit. Industrial but the pipes are colorful. A play land color scheme. Maybe even wonka factory like. Lots of yellow, purple, green, red, and your blue. No real colors in-between.

The ghostly trio ram into the factory and cause a ruckus. There are workers and scientists in lab coats. This may be a factory/research facility.

The ghosts open up cages to experimental creatures. Cause machines to malfunction. One such machine causes the whole factory to flood with green acid. This building is actually rather tall but idk how many stories it was. So workers on the upper most levels had time to figure another way out but had another problem.

This problem came in the form of a deformed looking version of or maybe a combination of the cartoon characters of Wil E Coyote and Sylvester the cat. Whatever the origin this creature was apparently running amuck and terrorizing the scientists and even tho it’s not seen in my dream the workers are ripped to shreds and attacked and mauled. Chasing them on these ludicrous obstacles and impractical platforms to exist in a regular factory. Rotating pipes connecting platforms, upside down stairs, pumps that you could totally use to jump to get to different elevated surfaces. All of course while alarms and sirens going off through the whole facility.

Next part my dream gave me the perspective of a random person who had the clichéd view of a worker running towards an exit but the door closed before he could make it and then hear him screaming one the other side.

Then from there I was given a view of two men. One chasing another. One looked like he was wearing a purple suit and top hat. The other looked like a private investigator in the stereotypical outfit but had the face of “The mask” that one with Jim Carrey.

It was the PI who chased down this purple suit guy down pipes that bulged around their bodies as they both went down them. Bounce off trampolines at the end. The walls Sprayed silly string at the PI while they ran down a hallway. Then the purple suit guy gets in a pneumatic tube that goes upward, smiles and wave at the PI and then the PI stretches his body like Mr.fantastic fits through the sides of the tubes shaft and stretches upward to follow him. Gets ahead of the container the purple suit guy is in, punches the tube, breaks and gets in, gets hit by the container to follow it to its end. Then it shoots out onto a pile of those soft cubes you see at gymnastic places but these are painted to look like presents. They both land in a large pool of those and then the dream sort of ends after that.

I can’t remember much more. Aside from the guy who owns the semi tries to coerce his dead young relatives to come with him to stop messing up the factory but I don’t remember WHEN that happens.
