continuing nightmares

These past few days I keep having nightmares and wake up during the night. It's not the same nightmare but the general story of it stays the same. I am hunted with an endless army of monsters and I die in a painful way, but I don't stay dead. I keep getting revived and die again, over and over. And I die in many ways. Torn apart, pressed, shot etc.... And every time I wake up, I'm sweating like hell, even though my room is the coldest room in my apartment. What do you think these nightmares mean?
