Need advice: Can I loc my hair? And if so what would be the best way to do it?

Ideally a method that can be undone.. I really don’t want to have to shave my head when I want to change my hair😠I’d also like to keep the mullet shape w the sides shaved!

Soft boho style locs would be best fit for your texture and needs as far as combing them out.
