yo family… need some advice on how to bleach my locs!

soo… i bleached my locs at the beginning of 2022 and havent touched them w chemicals/bleach since. now im thinkin i wanna go w a color but i have both blond hair and black new growth. my question is how should i go about bleaching my hair so its all even for the color?
