I have this tribal sticker across my back (shoulder blade to shoulder blade about 12"wide x 4 to 5" tall) that I want to get covered. What I'm thinking and would like, if someone can draw it is:

A slightly animated eagle so it looks pissed off, wings spread to cover the tribal and (if possible) the eagles head poking above what would be a collar line on a t-shirt with his legs forward and holding a banner that reads "Land of the free Because of the Brave". To be more specific but not necessary for the drawing is I do want it in some color not just shading.
