I believe most of these to be canon-compliant, save for the fact that Astoria lives:

• Hermione gets divorced from Ron at 45, right after both their kids have graduated Hogwarts, it's amicable and a means to free both of them from a marriage that clearly wasn't working.

• Draco and Astoria separated at 40, and are content with their living arrangements, but the divorce isn't finalized for the next 3 years or so. They're both great as co-parents and do keep their friendship intact.

• Hermione decides to prioritise her career as Minister and doesn't quite plan on dating at all, but the frequent meetings with Draco in her office to discuss political and other affairs results in some romantic tension between the two.

• At first, Hermione is hesitant to even admit it, but she does smile to herself when Draco keeps bringing sugarquills for her with every meeting.

• Eventually both of them feel comfortable enough to discuss their divorces and other vulnerabilities. I imagine a particularly wintery evening, where both of them, exhausted after work, start talking about personal stuff over a bottle of Firewhisky, and let's just say that events transpire...

• With Hermione's super busy schedule, she doesn't quite have the time to get her roots done and simply flaunts the greys in her curly brown hair. Draco ADORES that.

• For their first date together, Draco is unable to read the menu without squinting or holding his hands further and further away; Hermione absolutely roasts him for his refusal to admit that he needs reading glasses.

• After Hermione's terms as Minister ends, Draco commemorates this by building her a library, which at first only appears to be a giant empty room, but whenever Hermione walks in, the bookshelves emerge from the floor with books she wants to read the most at the time!
