Warning: This post is totally pointless and if you read it you'll regret it for wasting your time.

I'm so frustrated I'm gonna cry. So, there is this MMORPG called Silkroad. While it wasn't popular elsewhere, it was pretty popular in Turkey, Arabia and some parts of Europe during 2005-2010. It was a pretty decent game at the time, me and my friends wasted our childhood leveling up and doing trade on Silk Road (you can be a trader and transport merchandise from China to Europe, hence the name.) However like every online game it became a P2W, you couldn't even enter the servers because they were filled with gold bots. Most people quit it due to this. However, in 2011 or so something happened and people began to setup their own private Silkroad servers. At that point some private servers were infinitely more entertaining than the original. Even today there are hundreds of them online and every two year or so I download some server, play for a few days and quit.

Today I wanted to create my own server just for my own amusement, try different items, kill different powerful monsters etc. Maybe play with friends via Hamachi. Anyways. According to Youtube tutorials it's pretty easy. It takes approximately ~30 minutes to setup a new server. But me being an absolute retard couldn't do it. In every attempt something prevented me from playing a single goddamn game. I've downloaded tons of different databeses and clients; read every instruction on the internet about every error I received. I even clean installed W10, twice. And I'm sure I would only play it for 5 minutes at max.

I'm frustrated, desperate, tired and obsessed. My eyes are burning and my brain went all squishy, I'm sure I lost more than 40 IQ points along the way and there weren't many to begin with. I'll sleep and keep trying tomorrow. Fuck.
