Latest update break the game?

Hey everyone out of curious did the latest update break anyone else's game? Been on my second playthrough about 40 hours in all was fine until I tried to play this morning after the update. My game no longer makes it to the start screen before CTD. Turning off all my mods as well as leaving them on doesn't change anything. If anyone has any ideas on what to do that would be amazing. Severely annoying when you wanted to play a couple hours before work but the game just refuses to stop shitting itself.
