Vegeta hasn't been stronger than goku since the saiyan saga. Unless they have officially said so with ultra ego which I haven't seen.

Well you dont have to be sorry to be wrong. But no one but vegeta ever said he was the strongest in history especially since there was a legend of a super saiyan. Vegeta said he was the strongest alive and since there were only 4 at the time he wasn't wrong.

Again its ok to be wrong. Bardock survived dadoras attack and got stronger. Dadora was a 22k power level. Unless you are talking about someone else from the Super Gas story. As I said I haven't read them. But the official power scaling back in the early 2000's was approved by toryama back then and had bardock at 8000. Nappa was 5000. I had the entire power level list memorized and drew and created my own dbz card game. So toriyama coming back 20 years later and changing his mind about shit is on him. So broly at 1k the day he was born was sent off. The same day as goku who was like a 10. That doesn't matter as raditz was 1k during the saiyan saga at 30 yo. At the time he was the 3rd strongest in CURRENT EXISTANCE because all the rest died. But right now goku is the strongest Saiyan except Beast Gohan

First off. I can barely understand what you are saying. So many errors. But No where does it ever say that vegeta pre saiyan saga was the strongest in history. Except him just saying he should be the strongest. Especially now that broly is Canon. Bardock when sent on his last mission was stronger than young vegeta. He was hurt bad and as a saiyan would have been even stronger after.
Vegeta didn't tank goku. The unmastered kaioken did. He was warned that higher levels could kill him. But did it to save earth. Yes Vegeta was twice as strong as goku. Cannonly, vegeta was weaker than dadora before the saiyan saga. Vegeta just always thought he was stronger than he was because he was the prince but he wasn't. He even acknowledged that when they met on namek. That he was finally stronger than dadora.

As far as everything with Gas I am unknowedged. I have not read the Manga only what I have read online. But we will use common sense and previous data. Current ssb Vegeta would definitely be correct in calling him a weakling. At this point in Super, their levels are probly reaching 1 billion. At the end of z they were over 330mil. But Vegeta was only at 5k the same time period so Gas would have killed Vegeta at that same time. Vegeta was 5. At this point he is 45ish. He would call himself a weakling 40 years ago.
