No match in raid or co-op either?

For the last three day (all throughout the day) I haven’t been able to get any matches in raid or co-op but I jump over to PvP and almost instantly get a match. Surely out of the millions of players around the world there have to be others doing the raid and not just PvP right? I’m just trying to grind for those precious cc’s.
