Tags/Episodes in need of life or some love from the devs

I can think of 2 tags that should be given more love by the developers:
- Universe 9
- Super Warrior
I'm just fond of running the wonky categories on Dokkan, or here on Legends, tags, so I am trying to make U9 and Super Warrior work even just for PVE.
Haven't tried the F2P Tien and Krillin from the U7 event, though, but it seems they are good.
