Frequent PvP Opponent Quits in Dragon Ball Legends + Unexpected Penalty Message

I’ve encountered a weird issue while playing PvP in Dragon Ball Legends. Lately, almost every time I play a match, my opponent quits, and this kept happening until I reached the top 1000 globally. After that, I got matched with a top 3 global player and surprisingly won that match.
A few hours later, I tried to play again, but I received a message saying I would lose all my points and wouldn’t be able to play PvP mode. I'm not sure why, since the disconnects were from the other players, not me.
