What are the items from extra awakening?

Hello all, new player here. Just started about a week ago, seems like good timing with all the free tickets and gems I seem to be getting. Anyway, I noticed that most of the B and C rank monsters I'm getting are already max awakening and when I get a new one it says "Got Item". What is that item I get? Are first I thought it was equipment but it isn't, and I don't really see any other items? Any help or input is appreciated.
