What's the difference between Crit Strike and Crit Damage? And are they more important than Matk/Patk?

I'm a Matk type class (Kali - Spirit Dancer) and I was wondering if I should invest more in my crit stats than my Matk?
I'm at present Lv46 with 19.4k Matk, 13k Crit Strike, and 18k Crit Dmg. Are these stats decent enough?
Also how do I get my Matk to go even higher? My Dragonware sucks, Jades don't add a lot of stats tbh, and my Heraldries' 3rd stats are mostly crit strike/dmg.
