What is the Best Awoken skill?

I'm pretty new to xenoverse having never played the first one, I have just unlocked Super Saiyan 1/2/3 and am wondering what awoken ability I should be aiming for or is Super Saiyan 3 good enough? I've heard people say SSGSS is not all that considering it drains ki pretty quickly. I used my wish from the dragonballs on SSG but then realised I can't even unlock it yet as I'm only level 40. Any advice would be much appreciated.
