I'm turning 40 next month and to celebrate I'm crossing off a bucket list item and am gonna go out in drag. I've never done it before, but I wanna do it as well as I can.
For makeup, since I have no idea how to paint myself, I made a 90-minute appointment at Sephora. They were enthused when I went in to talk about it and said they could do drag makeup without any problem. Their services come in 30, 60, and 90 minute appointments. But I'm wondering if I should at least book an additional 30 minutes for a solid 2 hours. Is that too much? Am I good to trust Sephora? (It's the Harlem, NY location.)
I need to go in there to ask about some other things beforeband—namely what should I do with my eyebrows before the appointment (I've got thick, dark eyebrows), and if they will do my lashes. But if you have any thoughts on those things or if I should be asking them anything else, I'd also like to hear about that, too!
Thanks ladies!
